Hi Every Business person out There!
I got talk in to this BAD processing Company by a salesman name Andy! At first I'm good with Moneris. Just try to Save Some money like others but trust me moneris is excellent!
I thought that I pay a lot with moneris but its worth it. At the end it's actually cheaper that PIVOTAL. So I move to PIVOTAL PAYMENT.
Nightmare BEGINS. first they charge another $100 at the end of years which is not explain and it's my fault for not reading 50 millions words like a needle and almost 50 pages and it's a photo copy. I need glasses for that. anyway the terminal is a lease and you can't return you must continue to pay for the entire lease.$1400. the machine is worth $200 and they sent me a used one. VERY slow machine and they don, t upgrade.swipe many time and it will not go through. I run a restaurant. hundreds of transaction a day!! customers think that we're scamming the CARD for swiping more than one time. Called PIVOTAL, VERY BAD oh no VERY WORST customer Service RUDE and NO knowledge of what they're talking about. Can't get them after office hours. if you sign up you're NOT SIGNING only with PIVOTAL, you're signing with 2 to 3 others company. LFG global Payment and so on... and ALL of them like scavenger. they think you're running a GOLD MINE. "JACK POT" they just TAKE their share from you ACCOUNT. and now you pay more. Very high CANCELLATION FEEEE. when they sent you the machine and they DON'T care if you like it or not or if it suit your business. IT"S YOURS NOW AND JUST have PAY FOR IT. SO PLEASE DON'T WALK AWAY from PIVOTAL. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN FAST FAST JUST hand up on them if they try to call you. if you hear that they're from PIVOTAL HANG UP! IF YOU DON'T!!! GOOD LUCK!
