I went to this A-T services accounting firm on college st to file my income tax. Before that, I have asked around, normally they charge $40 and up... depends...
They said they would charge me $50, It's a bit more than i expect, but i still let them do it. they said would be done in 15 mins, but i waited for 30 mins, finally they done. they gave me income tax return paper in an envelop to tell me to send it myself in the post office. I asked why, they said they want customer to read it over.
OK..Than i went home look it though, I discovered they didn't add another pay stub in. I didn't see that pay stub that I gave them in another income tax copy envelope.
I think it over it's not right, I thought they would file my income tax online and they didn't, instead they give me envelope to me to go to post office to send it. I paid them $52 to do the work, and I have to wast my time and money to go send it myself??? On top of that, I have to wait for more than a month to get my tax refund money...
Next day i went in to tell them, they deny they had recieve another pay stub from me it's all in another envelope... and tell me I could request for the Netfile, they didn't mention and I assume it's 2009, everyone would file income tax online, not by paper. They said they would do it but I have to pay extra $5. it's ridiculous, Obvious, It's a scam company, I don't know how they survived..
Another thing, they don't even speak proper English, I had hard time to understand them
