I had been contacted by this company not long ago, after submitting a loan application on their website.
They advised that I could qualify for a 5, 000.00 Loan payable over 3 years.

They stated before submitting my loan I needed to fax a copy of my driver's license and current paycheck stub along with my banking account number and routing number to deposit the loan. During the same conversation they advised that I needed to pay an insurance payment upfront in the event that I defaulted on my loan, accidental death, etc I then submitted this (the payment ($987.75).) via western union at their request to a contact by the name of, Ann Marie Cornett in Maple, Ontario, Canada. They advised me that I was wiring the money to their corporate office. I was told that the loan would be deposited into my bank the next day.

The money was never deposited. The following day I then attempted to contact the representative that I spoke with previously, Greg Williams. Instead I had spoke with a woman by the name of Jennifer, who advised me that Greg had been placed on suspension due to the fact that he had not informed me that I needed to pay a Brokerage fee and closing costs for the loan. She apologized for the inconvenience, as a courtesy for the Mistake she would extend my loan to 10, 000.00, but I needed to send in the monies for the brokerage fee and closing costs. (695.00) I then sent this out to the same contact as listed above in Canada. I still had not received my loan 5 Hours later;

I called them back and spoke to another Representative by the name of Steve, who advised the loan had not been deposited because the amount of the brokerage fee had increased to 10, 000.00. He advised that since the loan had increased I would have to pay more on the brokerage fee. I then went back to western union and sent an additional 850.00 to again, the same contact in Canada. The company then said that I should receive the monies by the next business day. The next day I never received the money.

I then called back and spoke with Jennifer, she advised she was looking thru the file and realized I had never sent in the first few payments required for the loan, I then asked her if these payments would be all that would be required before having my loan deposited and she assured me that this was the final step and no more monies needed to be sent. I then again, western union the payment (s) in the amount of (850.00) to them, sending to the Canada contact person.

Again, no money was deposited into my account. I called back one more time, this time obviously very upset, I was told that due to the trouble they would extend me a refund of all monies that I sent in. they advised me that this would be sent by a courier service and that I would receive this on Friday Dec, 15th..

I then inquired about the Canada Corporate office, and had asked for the direct contact information, or where correspondence could be sent, they advised me that they could not provide any information that this was against office policy, they advised me that the courier service was Express Pros and that that the cashiers check would be delivered on 12/15/06 by 4:30 PM. however, could not provide me with a number for the courier services, the call could only be transferred. needless to say, the money was never recieved by my bank or at my home, as well, no phone calls or correspondence that day at all.** crickets **

I tried to call all day on December 16th and no phone calls had been returned, and no one was picking up in the " customer support' Line, during the hours their website states they are in. I did eventually get a hold of someone and had been hung up on twice when I stated who I was and reason for my call.

Upon investigation over the internet, I have discovered there have been quite a few people who have as well been victimized by this company, Come to find out the email is invalid; the physical address belongs to a small business owner. I have contacted the authorities but who knows what is going to happen. I may ever see my 3, 000.00 again. They ruined my Christmas!!!

Don't make the mistake I did. Do not use this company..
