Ripoff Run before the vending business get u

On April 12th 2006, I purchased a pos debit /credit terminal from BVG CANADA a price of 2624.49$.

I bought the ATM MACHINE for a purpurse to invest my money so I could have income asset. I met Tim Murray at franchise fair in montreal in the PALAIS DES CONGRS. The fair was about money-making franchises and business opportunies.

I was suppose to get a location with my ATM machine, a monthly report about the income generated at the location. Tim Murray never gives me updates since the day I paid my machine.

I communicate by e-mail several times and I ask him to give me my money back since I had no income wtih my machine.

Since July 17, 2006 I had no answer, he only told me: " BVG CANADA will continue to keep you apprised of new developments as it becomes available."
