In Sept. 18/012 The representative from Moca came in my new business and when i tell her i am not sure if i need terminal machine not this year but i see maybe next year ..She compete the papers and add the merchant will have 10 business day a decision with no penalty, but two days after i call her but no one call or email me back ..i received the terminal, i returned and i call Global and the women who talk to me she said returned the machine pay for it and we repay you, but i still waiting for my money and on top of that Moca (Global Payments Direct inc) still take $17.00 from my bank account, but i make stop payment, so they no longueur take my money. And i hear the representative not working for them anymore ...?
