DOUBLE ORDER

I ordered an arrangement of flowers for my mother-in-law as a thank you gift. Delivery was suppose to be next day. I did the live chat on the internet with someone who said she would get back to me, she had no idea why my order was not processed. I also asked to be refunded my delivery charge but she said she would have to ask her manager. No one got back to me at all. When my mother-in-law received the order the next day, she received two exact flower arrangements, with the exact same words on both cards. When our credit card bill came in, we were charged for TWO arrangements. You can not speak with anyone above a customer service representative. They have no authority to do anything about their mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!!! When it comes to ordering flowers, use anybody but BLOOMEX!!!
