This company have been calling me for over a year now.. several times a week.. the call comes from 1-866-223-4640.. When I called back I spoke to a very rude guy with a strong accent.. His name was Nicolino. He told me that I had an outstanding balance with the ministry of education (quebec). He said that if I needed to know why to call them and find out.. But that I owed the $ to iqor. I thought this was a scam so I ignored the call. I don't remember owing any $ to the ministry. I'm not too sure what to do to make the calls stop
