I ordered Ultra Green Tea's free tiral & paid shipping charge to my credit card. I received my product very late past the 14 day trial period in which you have to try the product & cancel if you do not like it. I there after called to cancel any further charges to my account & was given a confirmation number to confirm. The company then 1 week later used my credit card & charged another $69 to my account. I have not received any further product. Nor should they be accessing my credit card for charges.
I have left a message for my account to be resolved???
This is very deceiving & I will never use my credit card online in the future due to this horrible experience. They should be reported.
