We tried to book an appointment 3 times before they were finally able to fit us in. I had to phone many times before I was finally able to reach anyone to even talk about getting a booking. I finally talked to someone but they were not sure if I could book both appointments back to back and were going to call me back. No one ever called back. I did finally get the bookings and I phoned the morning of my appointment to confirm because I just had a bad feeling. There was no answer at the salon. I went to the appointment and the door was locked, no lights on, newspaper still in the doorway.
We waited but no one ever came. We definitely need a refund and want u to take this business off of Dealfind. I have bought a number if items from Dealfinder and I hope you will be able to fix this so I may continue to support your site.
