Default acceptance of Terms and Conditions which totally contradicts the advertised sales information.
The small printed title of Terms and Conditions is placed at the very bottom of the web page. It is well placed in order for the consumer to miss it. They count on it being missed.
Misuse of english words to mislead consumer.

Unable to reach them to cancel the billing which will go on in perpetuity. They will bill your account several times a month and you cannot reach them to cancel. It is a nightmare!!!
They charge your account under a different name for each charge so that it creates confusion which they use to their advantage to continue billing you and to make it very difficult to resolve.
The credit card companies should immediatly reverse the charges from these fraudsters the moment the customer places a complaint.
