Not delivered as promised

I have ordered flowers for Mothers Day as a gift. i am faraway and not be able to visit them today.
they promised that it will be delivered today before i placed the order.
Today is a Mothers Day"
if they can not deliver today what the point of buying from this scammers?
i called them around 1 pm and told that it will be delivered before 5 pm.
now the phone system goes to the voice mail too...
