After numerous calls from Auto Seller Network promising to sell my vehicle for me within 90-days with a guaranteed refund should my vehicle not sell I fell for this soar excuse of a company's scam. Immediately afterward I started looking into my guaranteed refund. I found that the steps necessary to qualify for a refund were a complete hassle - surely their attempt to have customers simply not bother or not inqure and therefore not qualify. I took all steps necessary for a refund - all which cost ME extra money. Low and behold when my 90-day period was up and my vehicle was not sold I applied for my promised refund. I contacted the company after my refund request had been received and was told it would take up to 60 days to receive my refund. I continued to call and email Auto Seller Network to be told that someone would be getting back to me within 5 business days. This NEVER happened. At one point the customer service representative on the other end of the line advised me that he receives numerous similar calls for Auto Seller Network. After months of unanswered phone calls and emails and an inquiry with my lawyer it became apparent that I was not going to receive my $495.oo refund. I have no choice but to accept this loss and hope that by posting this complaint I can save others a similar experience. It was a lesson well learned but extremely disappointing!!! This company is a scam and I hope that one day what goes around comes around and they get theirs.
