CRTC: 85 firms broke Do Not Call telemarketing rules
Can these callers be prosecuted? just to show that CRTC has a foot in everything but no impact. I am on the Do Not Call list but I still get calls. What I do is insist on 'what their phone number is', 'name of person they want to speak to' usually they hang up.
